Registration

Your Summit Registration Includes:

  • Four hotel nights included (January 17-21) at Costa Rica Marriott Hotel San Jose
  • All Hotel Taxes & Resort Fees
  • Round-trip Airport Transfers from Juan Santamaría International Airport (SJO) and Costa Rica Marriott Hotel San Jose on January 17 and January 21
  • Complimentary High Speed Internet Access
  • Access to hotel pools and fitness center
  • Check-In Time 4PM / Check-Out Time 12PM

Additional Night Per Room: The cost per additional night $239 single or double occupancy.
Room Upgrade – Pool View: The cost per upgrade $125 per room. Includes four night stay. The size is 323 sq. ft. Upgrade requests must be made when submitting payment and your registration form. Upgrades are limited and will be confirmed based upon availability.
Room Upgrade – Mountain View: The cost per upgrade $150 per room. Includes four night stay. The size is 323 sq. ft. Upgrade requests must be made when submitting payment and your registration form. Upgrades are limited and will be confirmed based upon availability.

Payment/Cancellation Policy

Full payment is due by Friday, October 20, 2017. All cancellations are subject to a 25% administrative fee. No refunds will be granted after this time however, substitutions without penalty are welcome. SYTA regrets refunds will not be given for no-shows under any circumstances. To be considered for a refund prior to October 20, 2017 or for any substitutions, requests must be submitted in writing via email registration@mmgevents.com.
